Lamb’s Custom Painting was excited to take on this Dewey Beach, Delaware beach home. It was an amazing transformation that makes us happy to do what we do. Just blocks from the ocean, this two-story home needed our cleaning and painting services.
We started by Softwashing the entire home to remove salt, dirt, mold, mildew, and lichen. We gave it ample time to dry. We then caulked areas that needed it. We sanded and scraped any loose paint away. Lamb’s Custom Painting then set up ladders with staging planks to ensure the uniformity of paint coverage. We covered the body of the home with Behr Marquee exterior satin in Starless Night. The trim was painted with Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint exterior semi-gloss white. The doors were also sanded and coated with Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint exterior semi-gloss white.
The change was extremely bold and very welcomed. The homeowners were pleased with the results.
