Our crew started by Softwashing the exterior of the building, then followed by a light pressure wash to the outer walls and a heavy pressure wash to the sidewalks. We were able to create a bright and clean surface for quality paint application.
Two coats of Benjamin Moore’s (BM) Regal Select flat exterior paint in Capitol White were applied to the walls. The shutters and trim were painted with two coats of BM Regal Select flat in Waller Green. The building came to life with the new color scheme.
