Lamb’s Custom painting was thrilled to be a key player in transforming this waterfront home in Broadkill Beach, Delaware with this exterior painting project. The transformation was amazing. As you can see in the before pictures, the house had been subject to several years of exposure to the elements.
We started the project by preparing the surfaces. We sanded and caulked the areas that were in need.
We applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams (SW) Duration exterior flat paint to the body of the home. The trim was covered in Duration exterior white semi-gloss. The walk-able deck surfaces were coated in SW Super deck. The accents of SW Tricorn black against the HGSW Tidewater and white really made this color scheme pop!
The homeowners are absolutely thrilled with the finished product.
