Next to the Rout 54 bridge; overlooking the beautiful Assawoman Bay, in Fenwick Island, Delaware, we meticulously cleaned and painted this lovely home. In preparation, we used our Softwash products to clean the Hardie board siding and all of the trim. All of the existing nail holes were filled and sanded and any gaps around the windows and doors were caulked to create a seamless canvas for painting.
Sherwin- Williams White Super Paint in a semigloss was used for the trim around the windows, doors, and the wide planking around the house. We used Sherwin- Williams Emerald paint in a satin finish for the main body of the home. The main paint color used was Youthful Coral. To ensure uniformity of the finish; planking was initiated for our painters to work in tandem. In working with a satin finish this is imperative. We used a high reach (elevated platform) for the high working areas.
It took six and a half days, from start to finish, for this project's total completion. The home owner was thoroughly delighted with the final result. Our Rehoboth Beach painting and Exterior Cleaning Service also worked for five additional home owners on this street.
