Our Rehoboth Beach painting company had the pleasure of servicing the beautiful Homestead Bed and Breakfast in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. This establishment has been in service for many years and was in need of a little tender love and care.
The Homestead is located at a very busy intersection. Our crew was overwhelmed with positive feedback from those passing by.
As you will see in the pictures, the roof, stucco and porches were all cleaned with our Softwash system. Our team was then able to revive the Homestead. We applied a fresh coat of paint to the body of the home, along with the trim, shutters and ceilings of the porches. Duration paint in satin finish by Sherwin Williams was used on the body and shutters. The trim was done with Super Paint by Sherwin- Williams in a white semi-gloss. When a home is cleaned and painted by Lamb's, not only does it look prettier and brighter, but, the home is able to hold up to the elements more resiliently.
