Our Rehoboth Beach Painting Company was able to work with a clean slate for our project in The Senators in Lewes, Delaware. We painted the interior of this lovely home. The rooms included the master bedroom and bath, the kitchen, dining room, great room, foyer, laundry, parlor, loft, two guest rooms, upstairs bathroom and powder room. We covered the floors with rosin paper and canvas tarps. All furniture was completely covered with plastic sheeting.
In preparation for painting, all walls and trim were inspected. Any holes were patched and cracks were sealed with caulk. Patches were then sanded. All dust was eliminated. Scaffolding was then erected for high-reach areas.
The palate was beautiful. All of the rooms were done in a custom color. We used Sherwin-Williams super paint in a matte finish for the walls and white semi-gloss for the trim and doors.
