Lamb's Custom Painting and Lamb's Roof and Exterior Cleaning renovated this amazing pond view home on Holly Patch Lane off of Hollymount Road in Harbeson, Delaware. After years of exposure to the elements this dwelling was in need of cleaning and a fresh coat of paint.
We used our Softwash detergents to remove the lichen, mold, and dirt from the cedar roof and body of the house. After a thorough cleaning we prepared the home by sanding the galvanized metal roof, body of the house, and the wooden shutters. We replaced any wood that was rotten and caulked any gaps that were open.
The surfaces were then primed and painted. We used Sherwin-Williams Pro-cryl primer tinted gray. The galvanized metal roof was painted with Sherwin-Williams low luster Sher-cryl in a Hunter Green. The siding and trim of the home were painted with Sherwin-Williams flat Duration Paint that we matched to the original colors of the home. The shutters were coated with a Sherwin-Williams Super Paint in a Hunter Green semi gloss.
