One of the best things about buying a new home is making it your own. It’s refreshing to choose colors that suit your personal taste. That is what Lamb’s Custom Painting was able to help the homeowners of this lovely home in Lewes, Delaware, accomplish.
Our team began the project by Softwashing the home. This removed any dirt, mold, and or lichen that may have impeded the adherence of the paint.
The homeowners had chosen a bright yellow for their home. The yellow paint was a custom color that the homeowners had seen on another home. We were able to match the paint exactly. We used Sherwin-Williams (SW) SuperPaint exterior flat paint for the siding and SW SuperPaint semi-gloss white for the trim. They kept the lush green shutters as they were. This helped coordinate the cohesion of colors; it coordinated nicely with the roof.
As you can see, the yellow turned an average beige house into a vibrant, inviting home for our very pleased clients. It is crisp and sunny, like the wonderful homeowners that we were so pleased to work with.
